Sales Policy: Orders processed on line must have matching ship to/bill to address. This policy is for your protection. In the event your information does not match, email sales@gemtexdecor.com for authorization. GEMTEX DECOR reserves the right to decline any credit card transaction that does not meet our credit card security policy.

Exchange Policy: All sales are final. Merchandise may be exchanged or a store credit will be issued for merchandise returned.
